The Teroson 8594 Power Kit is a comprehensive polyurethane windscreen bonding method that is claimed to offer a high-performing, cost-effective alternative to the dominant products in the industry.
The basis of the Teroson Power Kit is the Terostat 8594 polyurethane adhesive, which is described as a one-hour drive-away time product for twin airbag models. Its high-modulus properties help the torsional stiffness of the car body shell and its low conductivity ensures lasting corrosion protection.
Two additional products guarantee the performance of the adhesive: Teroson FL, which efficiently removes silicone residues on the windscreen to ensure optimal adhesion; and Terostat 8519P, an all-in-one primer and activator for use on the metal frame, windscreen and remaining cut PU bead.
Completing the kit is a range of pre-cut standard nozzles with which to apply the adhesive.
