BELGRADE – President of the company “Henkel”, Cristoph Till and the director of the factory in Krusevac, Felix Sobotka, presented significant investment plans of the company for a new project of production of innovative products for home care.

“Henkel factory in Krusevac is of strategic and global importance for our company and is considered as one of our best factories for detergents and household cleaning products in the world. We currently supply 19 markets across Europe and Serbia. Opening of new production will further strengthen our export capacity, as well as the great importance that our factory has in the global production network. Henkel factory in Krusevac is the first factory to receive ISO certificate for energy efficiency,” added the director of the factory in Krusevac, Felix Sobotka.

“Henkel” has been present in Serbia since 2002 when the company “Merima Krusevac” was privatized. During the first ten years the company has invested more than EUR 130 million in Serbia.
Today, “Henkel Serbia” successfully operates in three locations in Belgrade, Krusevac and Indjija, supplies more than 55 million consumers in the region and exports its brands from Serbian factories to 19 regional and EU markets.
