《Henkel offers universal anti-seize for reliable lubrication of slow-moving components》:
Henkel has introduced the Loctite 8009 universal anti-seize product for general maintenance and repair applications. The anti-seize is compatible with stainless steel and titanium and provides good chemical and temperature resistance for reliable, long-term lubrication of slow-moving components.
Traditionally, anti-seizes use metal fillers to provide lubrication when operating temperatures are high. These fillers can, however, have a detrimental effect on other metals such as stainless steel and titanium, increasing the potential for stress cracking.
Loctite 8009 replaces the metal fillers with mineral-based ones. As a result, it can be used on all metals and is also able to withstand temperatures of up to 1,315°C, providing maintenance engineers with a high-performance anti-seize for all applications. It lubricates the surface, protects it against corrosion and also resists high pressure as well as temperatures.
Henkel also offers Loctite Anti-Seize with PMUC approval for use in nuclear power plants and a marine-grade version with American Bureau of Shipping certification that is resistant to salt water.
Loctite Anti-Seizes ease both assembly and disassembly of close-fitting metal surfaces, such as interference fits and threaded joints, by reducing friction and wear on critical operating equipment. They are formulated for use in harsh industrial conditions, including high temperatures, heavy loads, chemical environments, pounding and vibration. Thanks to their composition, they are suited to static and boundary friction conditions generated by a combination of low speed and high pressure, effectively preventing direct contact between parts.
